Applies to all digital products unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific product.
The license for products purchased from the design-infinity.eu online store is between you (the buyer) and Infinity Design – a company owned by DARHA s.r.o.
This license grants you the right to use any free or purchased Infinity Canvas Design product in a personal or commercial project for yourself or a client; however, the item may not be sold separately, redistributed, or used in a product offered for sale where the item contributes to the core value of the product being sold. DARHA s.r.o. and Infinity Canvas Design are not affiliated with Canva in any way, and Canva bears no responsibility for anything arising from the creation (or purchase) of a third-party template. Copyright for every individual object within any Infinity Canvas Design product is reserved exclusively by Infinity Canvas Design – DARHA s.r.o. No copyright license is granted upon purchase.
What is permitted
Unlimited use for your own personal purposes (subject to the permissions listed below).
Use in a single commercial project for yourself or on behalf of a client.
Use independently or as part of a new work.
Use for web, print, digital, or online presentations.

What is not permitted
You may not sublicense, sell, share, transfer, or otherwise distribute the product itself (including free versions), even if you modify it.
Do not use in a product offered for sale where the item contributes to the primary value of the product being sold.
No sharing or reselling of source files—i.e., new Canva templates created using the product.
No sharing of the Canva template link in any way.
Claiming authorship of any Infinity Canvas Design / DARHA s.r.o. product.
