We process certain personal data in order to provide our services, sell goods, and operate our website. \
The processing of personal data is governed primarily by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).

A. Processing of Personal Data When Using the Contact Form

If you inquire about our goods, products, e-books, or services, we will process the contact details you provide to us, primarily via the inquiry form. These include:
first name, surname, e-mail address, and potentially your phone number or any other information you provide through the contact form.

For what purpose?
We use these details to contact you regarding further arrangements for the goods, products, e-books, or services, as well as their potential delivery.

On what legal basis?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR—negotiations regarding a contract, or the implementation of pre-contractual measures at your request.

How long will we process your personal data?
Unless we enter into further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 10 years from the date of our last communication.



B. Processing of Personal Data in the Event of a Purchase

If you make a purchase from us, we will process the data you provide. This primarily consists of billing information: first name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and any other details you provide via the order form (the "Order").

For what purpose?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract—that is, to deliver our goods, products, e-books, or services to you. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, as well as to handle any complaints or inquiries you may have.
Furthermore, we will process personal data to comply with our legal obligations (primarily for accounting and tax purposes, as well as for handling complaints and other statutory requirements).

On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (compliance with a legal obligation).
How long will we process the personal data?
For the duration of the provision of our service, and subsequently for a period of 5 years from the date the service was last provided or the goods, products, or e-books were last delivered.



C. Newsletters (Commercial Communications)
If you are a customer who has made a purchase and have not opted out at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send you our newsletters.
On what legal basis?
This is permitted under Section 7, Paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, provided you did not opt ​​out at the time of purchase.
How long will we process your personal data?
For 5 years from the date of your last purchase. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the email itself, or by contacting us at: info@design-infinity.eu or info@darha-agency.cz.



II. Who has access to the data?

Your data remains with us. However, certain companies or individuals work for us and may access the data because they assist in the operation of our e-shop. These include:

• the operator of the Shopg e-shop platform (Michal Folprecht, Jinonická 80, 158 00 Prague, ID No.: 88210987)
• companies involved in payment processing, such as Comgate a.s. (Gočárova třída 1754/48b, 500 02 Hradec Králové, ID No.: 279 24 505, VAT No.: CZ27924505)
• the email service provider Ecomail (ECOMAIL.CZ, s.r.o., Na Zderaze 1275/15, Prague 2, 120 00, ID No.: 02762943, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, file reference C 223183)
Your personal data may also be accessed by the following entities:
• Public authorities, in the context of verifying contract fulfillment, compliance with legal obligations, the protection of vital interests, the public interest, the exercise of public authority, or in connection with a legitimate interest.
We process personal data exclusively within the territory of the European Union.



III. Other Information You Should Know
Our company has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
Our company does not engage in decision-making based on automated processing or profiling.

You may also object to processing based on a legitimate interest.
If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or to pursue your claims through the courts.
