Terms and Conditions of the DESIGN INFINITY Loyalty
1. Basic Provisions
1.1. The operator of the DESIGN INFINITY loyalty program is:
DARHA s.r.o.
Company ID (IČO): 08671133, VAT CZ08671133
Registered office: Radechovská 1452, 294 21 Bělá pod Bezdězem
E-mail: info@design-infinity.eu, info@darha-agency.cz
Website: www.design-infinity.eu
hereinafter referred to as the "Operator".
1.2. These terms and conditions govern the rules for earning, recording, validity, and use of loyalty points within the Operator's online store.
1.3. The loyalty program is a voluntary bonus program intended for registered customers of the online store. Participation in the loyalty program is free of charge.
1.4. Loyalty points represent a voluntary bonus benefit provided within the framework of the loyalty program, subject to the conditions set out herein. They do not constitute monetary funds, electronic money, a cash equivalent, or a gift voucher; they cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to a bank account, or otherwise exchanged for money.
1.5. In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the relationship between the Operator and the customer shall be governed by the online store's general terms and conditions and applicable legal regulations.
2. Participation in the loyalty program
2.1. A customer may become a member of the loyalty program by creating a customer account in the online store.
2.2. Each customer may use only one customer account. The customer account and any accumulated points are intended solely for the use of the account holder.
2.3. Points cannot be transferred between customer accounts, gifted to another person, sold, exchanged for cash, or combined with the points of another customer.
2.4. When registering, the customer is required to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to protect the access credentials for their customer account.
3. Earning loyalty points
3.1. For every 1 CZK of the price actually paid for eligible products, the customer receives 1 loyalty point.
3.2. Points are calculated based on the price of the products after the application of any discounts. When calculating, the resulting number of points is rounded down to the nearest whole number.
3.3. Points for an order are credited to the customer once the order has been duly paid for.
3.4. Points are not credited for:
* unpaid or cancelled orders,
* products provided free of charge,
* the portion of an order paid for using loyalty points,
* products or services explicitly stated in their description to be excluded from the loyalty program,
* orders for which a refund has been issued or the contract has been validly cancelled.
3.5. Upon creating their first customer account, the customer receives a one-time bonus of 100 points. This bonus cannot be obtained by repeatedly creating additional accounts.
3.6. Customers may receive 100 points for publishing a review of a purchased product.
Points are awarded for sharing a genuine experience with a product, not for providing a positive rating. Reviews may be positive, neutral, or negative.
This bonus can be earned only once per review of a single purchased product. The operator reserves the right to decline the publication of a review or to revoke awarded points—specifically in cases involving duplicate reviews, spam, fabricated ratings, inappropriate content, or reviews that do not pertain to the product in question.
3.7. Under the referral program:
* the existing customer who sent the referral receives 300 points,
* the newly invited customer receives 100 points.
Points are credited once the invited customer has paid for their first order, unless otherwise specified for a particular referral campaign.
Inviting oneself, creating an additional account for oneself, using the same identity, creating accounts for the sole purpose of obtaining rewards, or any other attempt to circumvent the program rules does not constitute a valid referral.
3.8. The operator may run time-limited promotions during which additional or an increased number of points can be earned. The terms and conditions for such promotions will be stated alongside the relevant offer.
4. Redeeming loyalty points
4.1. The following conversion rate applies when using points:
100 points = a discount of 10 CZK.
4.2. Points may be redeemed in increments of 100 points.
4.3. The minimum number of points required for redemption is 300 points.
4.4. A discount obtained through loyalty points may cover a maximum of 30% of the order value.
4.5. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to a bank account, or used as a means of payment outside of the Operator’s online store.
4.6. If the price of an order or product is lower than the value of the discount being applied, the unused difference will not be paid out to the customer in cash.
4.7. Whether loyalty points can be combined with other discount coupons, promotions, or individual pricing depends on the terms of the specific offer and the options displayed in the shopping cart.
4.8. Certain products, services, custom orders, free items, or special promotional offers may be excluded from point redemption. This will be indicated prior to the completion of the order.
5. Rewards Catalog
5.1. The rewards catalog is an optional, supplementary component of the loyalty program. The Operator is under no obligation to maintain the rewards catalog continuously, nor to ensure that a specific number, type, or value of rewards is permanently available within it.
5.2. The rewards catalog may be temporarily unavailable or contain no currently available rewards—for instance, during the launch of the loyalty program, while a new selection is being prepared, or due to technical, operational, or commercial reasons.
5.3. The accumulation of loyalty points does not grant the customer any right to have a specific product or other reward included in the rewards catalog, nor does it guarantee that a particular reward will remain available for any specific duration.
5.4. A customer’s entitlement to a specific reward arises only after the reward has been duly ordered via the rewards catalog and the order has been confirmed by the Operator.
5.5. Individual rewards may have their own specific point values, limited availability, restricted quantities, validity periods, or other applicable conditions. Such details will be specified alongside each individual reward.
5.6. The Operator may, at any time and without prior notice, add to, modify, or temporarily suspend the selection of rewards, or remove individual rewards from the catalog.
5.7. Any modification or removal of a reward from the catalog shall not affect a reward that the customer has already duly ordered and for which the order has been confirmed by the Operator.
5.8. If a specific reward becomes unavailable for objective reasons after an order has been confirmed, the Operator may, upon agreement with the customer, offer a comparable substitute reward or return the points used to obtain the original reward to the customer.
5.9. Rewards, loyalty points, or any unused value thereof cannot be redeemed for cash at the customer's request.
5.10. The temporary unavailability of rewards or an empty rewards catalog does not affect the customer's ability to use loyalty points as a discount on an order, in accordance with Article 4 of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Point Validity and Expiration
6.1. Each credited point is valid for 18 months from the date it is credited to the customer account.
6.2. When points are redeemed, the oldest points are used first.
6.3. Once the validity period has expired, the points are automatically forfeited, with no entitlement to financial or other compensation.
6.4. The operator may notify the customer via email approximately 30 days before the points expire. Customers can also view their current point balance and the validity of their points within their customer account.
6.5. Failure to receive a notification email—for instance, due to an outdated email address, a full inbox, or the message being directed to a spam/junk folder—does not alter the validity period of the points.
7. Order cancellation, payment refund, and point adjustment
7.1. A customer is not entitled to loyalty points for an unpaid or cancelled order.
7.2. If points for an order have already been credited, but the order is subsequently cancelled (for a valid reason), a refund is issued, the contract is rescinded, or any other event occurs that renders the customer ineligible for the credited points, such points will be deducted from the customer's account.
7.3. If the customer has already used the points earned from such an order, the corresponding number of points may be deducted from their current or future point balance. Consequently, the customer's point balance may temporarily become negative.
7.4. If a customer uses a discount obtained via loyalty points for a purchase and subsequently becomes entitled—whether by law or by the Operator’s acknowledgment—to a refund, the amount refunded will be limited to the actual monetary sum paid by the customer for the product in question, following the deduction of all applied discounts.
7.5. Neither loyalty points nor discounts provided through them constitute monetary funds. Therefore, a customer is not entitled to a cash payout for the value of used points, nor to any separate or proportional financial compensation for a discount obtained through loyalty points.
7.6. In the event of a valid cancellation of an entire order, the points used for payment will be returned to the customer’s account. In the event of a valid cancellation of only a portion of an order, the points will be returned on a pro-rata basis corresponding to the affected part of the order.
7.7. The return of points does not initiate a new validity period. Points remain valid only until the end of their originally established validity period. If the original validity period has already expired, the points are not reinstated.
7.8. If, pursuant to Article 8 of these Terms and Conditions, a customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period, they are not entitled to a refund of the price paid, the return of points used, or any financial or other compensation for a discount provided, solely on the grounds that they have changed their mind about the purchase, have not used the digital content, or no longer wish to use it.
7.9. The provisions of this Article do not affect the customer’s statutory rights regarding defective performance, nor any other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
8. Digital Products and Withdrawal from the Contract
8.1. Products offered in the online store may consist of digital content—specifically e-books, checklists, working materials, graphic assets, templates, digital files, links to editable templates, or other products delivered in electronic form without a physical medium.
8.4. Digital content is generally made available to the customer electronically upon receipt of payment, or at another time specified in relation to the specific product.
8.3. Before submitting a binding order, the customer must actively provide the following consent:
I agree to the delivery of digital content before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and I acknowledge that by doing so, I lose my right of withdrawal (Section 1837, letter l) of the Civil Code).
8.4. By granting this consent, the customer expressly agrees to the digital content being made available before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledges that, upon the digital content being made available, they lose the right to withdraw from the contract within this period.
8.5. Consequently, once the digital content has been made available, the customer may not withdraw from the contract simply because they have changed their mind about the purchase, or because they have not downloaded, opened, modified, or used the content, or have subsequently found no use for it.
8.6. The decisive factor is the moment the digital content is made available to the customer—for example, by sending it to an e-mail address, providing a download link, or granting access to a digital template. It is immaterial whether the customer has actually downloaded, opened, or used the content.
8.7. In cases where the customer has lost the right to withdraw from the contract, they are not entitled to a refund of the price paid, the return of loyalty points, or any separate or proportional financial compensation for a discount obtained through the use of loyalty points.
8.8. The loss of the right to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period does not limit the customer’s right to file a claim regarding digital content that has not been made available, does not match its description, cannot be opened, or exhibits any other defect for which the Operator is liable. 8.9. The Customer may also have the right to withdraw from the contract in cases stipulated by law, particularly if the Operator fails to provide the digital content even within an additional reasonable period, or if the digital content exhibits a serious or unremedied defect.
9. Rights Arising from Defective Performance
9.1. The loyalty program does not in any way limit the customer’s right to file a claim regarding digital content that does not match its description, is unavailable, cannot be opened, or exhibits any other defect for which the Operator is liable.
9.2. Claims are governed by the online store’s terms and conditions and complaints policy, as well as by applicable legal regulations.
9.3. The use of loyalty points during a purchase does not affect the scope of the customer’s statutory rights arising from defective performance.
10. Misuse of a loyalty program
10.1. Misuse of the program is considered to include, in particular:
* creating multiple customer accounts for the purpose of repeatedly obtaining a registration bonus,
* referring oneself,
* creating fictitious or duplicate reviews,
* manipulating orders for the purpose of obtaining points without authorization,
* unauthorized use of another person’s customer account,
* technical interference with the program system,
* other conduct contrary to the purpose of the loyalty program.
10.2. In the event of a reasonable suspicion of misuse, the Operator may temporarily suspend the crediting or redemption of points for the time necessary to investigate the situation.
10.3. If misuse of the program is proven, the Operator may remove points obtained without authorization, cancel an order for a reward, or exclude the customer account from the loyalty program.
10.4. This does not affect the Operator’s right to claim compensation for any damages incurred.
11. Changes to and Termination of the Loyalty Program
11.1. The Operator may make reasonable changes to the program rules, the conversion value of points, the method of earning points, or the selection of rewards, particularly for operational, economic, technical, or legal reasons.
11.2. Customers will be notified of any material changes to the terms via the online store, their customer account, or email—typically at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
11.3. Such changes shall not affect discounts or rewards that have already been duly ordered and confirmed prior to the effective date of the changes.
11.4. The Operator may terminate the loyalty program. In such an event, customers will be granted a reasonable period—no less than 30 days—to utilize their valid points, unless prevented by legal, security, or significant technical reasons.
11.5. The Operator may implement changes to the rules with immediate effect if such changes are necessary due to amendments to legal regulations, the correction of a technical error, security risks, or the need to prevent abuse of the program.
12. Cancellation of Customer Account
12.1. The customer may request the cancellation of their customer account at any time.
12.2. Upon cancellation of the customer account, participation in the loyalty program terminates, and any unused points are forfeited without any entitlement to financial or other compensation.
12.3. Prior to the cancellation of the account, the customer is entitled to use their valid points in accordance with these terms and conditions.
13. Protection of Personal Data
13.1. Customers' personal data are processed for the purposes of maintaining customer accounts, tracking points, providing rewards, handling referrals, and managing the loyalty program.
13.2. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the privacy policy published on the Operator's website.
14. Final Provisions
14.1. These Terms and Conditions are available in electronic form on the Operator’s website.
14.2. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
14.3. Consumer rights arising from mandatory legal regulations may not be limited by these Terms and Conditions.
14.4. These Terms and Conditions shall become effective on 27 July 2026.
